Q1) How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
A1) You can book anytime, however we do get very busy (especially on the run up to summer) so early booking is definitely advisable to avoid disappointment. If you have been let down or it is a last minute idea then give us a call anyway we maybe able to help. Q2) How do I book?

Q3) What's included in the price?
A3) Along with the hire of your chosen unit, all the equipment needed to run it (blower, extension cable, circuit breaker) including Health & Safety equipment, the price also includes the inflation/deflation and collection of the unit. Should you be uncertain of the size of your chosen venue then we will attend and give your venue a full site and risk assessment to make sure your chosen unit will fit safely and all included in the price.
Q4) Do you charge for delivery or travel?
A4) Unfortunately due to inflated fuel costs imposed on 1st September 2009 we now have to charge .40p per mile for deliveries/travel out of a certain area (see map).
Q5) What if it rains?
A5) Our units cannot be operated in wet conditions due to Health and Safety reasons. We are however happy to arrange another hire day for you (subject to availability) or if you move the party inside then we will work with you to go inside.
Q6) How long does it take to set up an inflatable?
A6) Most of our units take approx 20 minutes to set up and the same again to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which unit or units you hire. Q7) How do I pay?
A7) We operate three ways of paying: Cheque or Bank Transfer 7 Days prior to the Event or Cash On Day of Event. Q8) Do I have to pay a deposit?
A8) No deposit is required*, we feel that working upon Trust a far nicer way to work.
We do however acknowledge that your peace of mind is important so when the details of your Event are confirmed a Booking Confirmation will be sent, this is a legally binding document which binds us to do what we have quoted to do.
A9) No! We are sorry to say we do not hire overnight due to the Security implications for our equipment.
Q10) Do you give discounts for Charity or School Events?
A10) Yes! We do give a discount for such event’s, unfortunately though we can only give a certain amount of discount per season so early booking is the key to getting the best deal, of course it goes without saying we will try our very best to help you and your Event out as much as possible, we are avid believers in Charity Events and what they represent.
Q11) Do You Have Insurance?
A11) Yes we do, we have 5 Million Pound Public liability Insurance.
It is worth noting that our Public Liability Insurance covers our company, employees and equipment (The safe setup and siting of which) for more information please contact us.
* In certain circumstanses a small deposite maybe required.
**A charge may be made for the time of operators in attendence with units depending upon Event.
